2023: 
Gamez appeared in 20 games, starting in one. She finished with a .250 average with eight at-bats. She scored two runs.

Gamez attended Alexander HS where she was a four-year starter in softball. She earned numerous awards, including 2018 29/6A Newcomer of the Year, First Team 29/6A from 2019-2021, All-City honors all four season and 2021 All-City Offensive Player of the Year. Academically, Gamez was named First Team All-Academic 2018-2021 and Second Team All-Academic All-State in 2021.

Gamez is the daughter of Cynthia and Marco Gamez. She has an older sister, Avery and a younger sister, Mia. Gamez is pursuing a degree in kinesiology.
