Sessy Moreno is a sophomore shortstop and utility player for Texas A&M International University and is currently pursuing a degree in Kinesiology. A native of San Antonio, TX, Sessy is the daughter of Deyanira and Zaragoza Moreno and was born on March 1, 2006.

2025: 
Sessy received a Gold Glove award in her Freshman year campaign as a member of the Langston University's Lions softball team under head coach Darnell Walker. She finished the 2025 season with a fielding % of .883 and a batting average of .336.

High School:
Sessy Moreno attended William J. Brennan High School in San Antonio, Texas, graduating in 2024. A four-year varsity letterwinner under head coach Selena Garcia, Moreno was a consistent presence in the Bears’ lineup throughout her high school career. She earned 29-6A All-District honors three times, including Second Team recognition as a freshman and junior and First Team honors as a sophomore. As a senior, Moreno was named the 29-6A Defensive Player of the Year while also earning Academic All-District Second Team accolades. She capped her final season batting .307 with a .962 fielding percentage, showcasing her reliability on both sides of the ball.
