LUBBOCK, Texas (September 24, 2016) - The Texas A&M International University Women's Soccer team concluded a brief road trip against Lubbock Christian on Saturday. TAMIU was dealt a 0-5 loss. The Dustdevils are now 0-8 overall (0-5 HC).
A two-game road trip ended Saturday with a loss to Lubbock Christian. The Lady Chaps used four goals in the first half and one in the second to deal TAMIU the defeat.
Despite being shutout, the Dustdevils fired eight shots, three on goal.
Abigail Colmenares,
Pamela Wallace and
Samantha Ruiz each recorded a shot goal for the Dustdevils.
Cio Bargallo fired four shots in the loss.
Kiyana Lopez played all 90 minutes in net, picking up 11 saves.

Felipe Arias commented after the game, "In the midst of this tough loss, we will continue to work even harder to improve."
The Dustdevils return home on Thursday, September 29. TAMIU will take on Dallas Baptist at the TAMIU Soccer Complex, the game is set to begin at 7 pm CST.
