San Antonio, Texas- The Men's and Women's cross country team competed at the Our Lady of the Lake Invitational on October 12, 2024. The two teams were just coming off a great performance at the DBU Invitational and were hoping to keep going in the right direction.

st place overall with a time of 24:25. His teammates were in close pursuit with the TAMIU Men's Cross Country team taking 1
st, 2
nd, 3
rd, 4
th and 9
th to secure first place overall. Beating out eight other teams in a very competitive field.

The Women's Cross Country team continued to build off of their season performance thus far. The Women's team was lead by
Mercy Kosgei who finished 16
th with a time of 22:43 in the 6k showdown. The women's team finished 6
th out of nine teams but their times have significantly improved over the course of the season.

The Lone Star Conference Cross Country Championships will be held on Saturday, October 26
th in Kingsville, Texas.
