Hernandez played 14 games for the Dustdevils as a Junior Midfielder.  He averaged (0.21) shots per game. Hernandez finished the season with 12 games started, (3) shots, and (1) shot on goal. 
 
2014:
Hernandez played 14 games for the Dustdevils as a Sophomore Midfielder.  He averaged (0.29) shots per game. Hernandez finished the season with (4) shots, and (1) shot on goal. 
 
Transfer: University of Texas at Tyler (2012-13)
Hernandez played 11 games for the patriots as a true Freshman. Hernandez finished the season with (8) starts, (2) goals, (6) points, and (2) assists. Hernandez was named to 2^nd team All American Southwest Conference.
 
High School: Alief Taylor High School (Class of 2012)
At Alief Taylor High School, Hernandez lettered in Soccer for (4) years as a Center Midfielder where he was voted MVP.
 
Club Soccer: Sugarland Soccer Club
Hernandez played for Sugarland Soccer Club for 5 years.
 
Personal:
Hernandez is the son of Rosa and Manuel Hernandez. He is a brother to Manuel Hernandez. Hernandez chose to attend TAMIU because of the success of the team, and to help him become a better player. His most inspirational figure is Ronaldinho. His future aspirations include becoming a successful financer or professional football player. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends.
