2021 (Spring):
Flagler played in 33 sets over 12 matches with 14 kills, 70 digs, 9 service aces, and 272 assists. 

HIGH SCHOOL:
Flagler graduated from Jacksonville HS and played for four years under Coach Gary Hickox. At JHS, she was the team co-captain in both 2018 and 2019, and was named team MVP both years. Additionally, Flagler was named First Team All-Conference in 2018 and 2019, and Honorable Mention All-Conference in 2017. She was also named the MVP of her club team in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. During her high school career, she logged with 1,552 assists, and sits in eighth place in school history in service points scored with 646. Flagler also participated in the USA National A2 Training Program.

PERSONAL:
Flagler is the daughter of Cheryl and Andy Flagler, and has two siblings. Her mother, Cheryl, played volleyball for Rollins College, and her father, Andy, played baseball for Auburn University and was drafted by the Boston Red Sox in the 1988 First Year Player Draft. She is undecided on her major.
