2016-17:
Started in all 30 games at guard for the Dustdevils in the 2016-17 where he led the team in scoring, points and minutes played. He earned 1
st Team All-Heartland Conference honors in a season where he averaged 13.7 points per game on 141-for-291 shooting (.485) and 60-for-139 from deep. He also went 68-for-108 (.630) from the free throw line while averaging 3.7 rebounds and 2.7 assists a game. He scored in double figures 21 times including six games with 20 or more points. He scored a season-high 28 points on 10-of-15 shooting including 5-of-6 from three in a 100-95 overtime victory over Newman on Feb. 25 to clinch a share of the Heartland Conference title.
2015-16:
Bellot played in 13 games, making nine (9) starts in the 15-16' season. Bellot added 109 points to the offensive efforts, racking up 245 minutes on the floor.
2013-15: Merritt College
Bellot started his collegiate athletic career playing two years of basketball at Merritt College in Oakland, California. While at Merritt College, Bellot completed his Associates in Arts.
High School:
Bellot graduated high school in 2013. While in high school, Bellot lettered (4) years in basketball as a shooting guard and small forward.
Personal:
Bellot is the son of Doris Jones. He has two siblings, Keonna Bellot, and Kiara Paramore. His hobbies include basketball, working out, and enjoying the company of his family and friends. He chose TAMIU because TAMIU was the best opportunity for him to further develop his skills as a basketball player. His most inspirational figure is his mother.
