Lone Star Conference Offensive Player of the Week (Nov. 5)

2019:
Nielsen put together a memorable 2019 season and was named to the All-LSC First Team, the LSC All-Academic Team, 2019 Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) All-South Central Region First Team and the United Soccer Coaches Men's All-South Central Region Third Team. Nielsen was also named LSC Offensive Player of the Week (Nov. 5) as he netted a total of two goals and logged a pair of assists in victories over Lubbock Christian (Oct. 31) and UT Permian Basin (Nov. 2). Nielsen compiled team highs of 10 goals, 8 assists, 28 points, 81 shots and 43 shots on goal. He also tallied the lone goal in a victory over West Texas A&M that sent the Dustdevils to the semifinal round of the LSC Championship. 

2018:
Nielsen played 11 games and started 8 games, score 3 goals, had 3 assists, and played  over 580 minutes for the Dustdevils.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played soccer at Hjalleseskolen at Odense, Fyn Denmark.
 
PERSONAL: Born Ruben Moller Nielsen on December 11^th, 1995 in Odense, Fyn, Denmark…Son of Lisbeth and Tommy Nielsen... Brother to his twin Benjamin…Major in kinesiology.
