2019 Lone Star Conference All-Academic Team

2019:
Forncrook played in 75 sets in 23 matches with 164 digs, 17 service aces and 15 assists. Her season best performance came in the five-set win in the season finale against St. Mary's, where she posted 18 digs, two aces and an assist.  

2018:
Forncrook saw action in 66 sets in 23 matches with 142 digs, nine assists, three service aces and two kills. Her season best performance came in a five-set win over Newman, when she logged a career best 19 digs.

High School:
Forncrook graduated from Heritage High School in Vancouver, Wash. after a record breaking career on the volleyball court. She had a fantastic senior season where she earned All-State Honorable Mention, First Team All-Region honors and 4A GSHL Player of the Year as a libero where she broke the school record for digs in a match (42), digs in a season (377) and aces in a season (47). She also broke the school record for aces in a match (10) as a junior, and earned Second Team All-League recognition for her performance. Forncrook performed well in the classroom as well earning the Scholar Athlete Award with a perfect 4.0 GPA. 
 
Personal:
Forncrook is the daughter of James and Regina Forncook, and has one sibling. She chose TAMIU because it gives her the opportunity to continue the sport that she loves while pursuing an education. She enjoys singing, cooking and spending time with my family and friends. Forncrook is majoring in nursing.
