Dustdevils Wrap up Play in RJGA Women’s Shootout

Goodyear, AZ – TAMIU women's golf finished its first tournament of the fall after two rounds in the RJGA Women's Shootout hosted by Western New Mexico.

The Dustdevils sent four golfers to compete as individuals in the tournament.

Kiara Montebon led the team with a 12th place finish after shooting 78 and 72 on both days for a total of 150.

Zoe Wuermli also tallied a top-25 finish with a score of 154 (80, 74) in the two rounds.

Emilynn Tran finished T33, just two strokes behind Wuermli with 156 (76, 80).

Finally, Ebba Nordin finished T43 after shooting 160 (79, 81).

The Dustdevils continue their fall season at the NCAA Regional Preview in Amarillo, Texas, on Sept. 29th through Oct. 1st.
