San Antonio, Texas – The Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) women's golf team traveled up to San Antonio, Texas, for the St. Mary's Women's Rattler Invitational. The Dustdevils carded a final score of 950 (319-313-318) to finish ninth of 16 teams.
TAMIU posted rounds of 319 (74-79-81-85), 313 (74-79-80-80) and 318 (74-78-78-88) to finalize its ninth-place finish. The Dustdevils were led by
Margret Nyamukondiwa (74-74-78, 226) who finished T11 in the tournament.
Kiara Montebon posted a final score of 234 (79-81-74) to finish in the top 30.
Ebba Nordin posted a 239 (81-80-78),
Emilynn Tran posted a 252 (85-79-88) and
Zoe Wuermli carded a 257 (89-80-88) to round out TAMIU's scores.
In Tuesday's final round, Montebon led the Dustdevils with a round of 2-over 74.
The Dustdevils head to Vista, California, on March 10
th for the Fujikura Invitational hosted by CSU San Marcos.
