2016:
Cruz played in 13 games, picking up four (4) hits and two (2) RBI.

2015:
In his second season as a Dustdevil Cruz started (47) games batting .296. Cruz led the Dustdevils with (30) RBI. He hit (2) Home-Run's, second on the team. 

2014:
As a Freshman Cruz appeared in (35) games hitting (7) doubles and recording (12) RBI.

High School: O'Connor High School (Class of 2013)
While at O'Connor High School Daniel played Baseball, lettering (2) years. Daniel earned 1st Team All District honors in his Junior year and 2nd Team All District honors in his Senior year. 

Personal:
Daniel is the son of Jose and Martina Cruz. He has a sister, Laura Cruz. His favorite sports team is the St. Louis Cardinals. Daniel's favorite book is Hamlet. His favorite vacation spot is Angel Fire, New Mexico. Daniel plans to pursue a career in business. His favorite quote is "For I know the plans I have for you, "declares the Lord", plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plants to give you help and a future" -Jeremiah 29:11. Earned Dean's List honors. In his free time Daniel enjoys playing XBOX and watching television.
