2018:
Made seven starts on the mound for the Dustdevils in 2018 going 1-3 with an ERA of 6.48 in 25 innings of work. Allowed 20 runs (18 earned) on 35 hits and 15 walks while striking out 21. Picked up his first win of the season on Feb. 28 against Huston Tillotson where he struck out six over 5 1/3 innings. Struck out a season-high six in six innings of work against Lubbock Christian on March 9. 

High School:
Eric played Baseball at Rouse High School, Round Rock TX.

Personal: Cleveland is the son to Eddie and Stacey. He is the brother to Sarah and Rachel. Eric chose TAMIU, because of TAMIU’s Baseball program and for the Business Administration and Management degrees provided there. His inspirational figure is Roger Marris. Post TAMIU, he hopes      to play Baseball professionally, but if that doesn't work out go into border patrol. On his free time, he enjoys Playing baseball, reading the Bible, and playing Xbox.
