The split lifts the Dustdevils overall record to 16-23 on the season, as TAMIU prepares for another non-conference doubleheader versus Oklahoma City University on Thursday at Dustdevil Field.

Junior shortstop
Kristen LaBuhn gave TAMIU all the runs they would need in game one, belting a two-run shot in the third inning for her sixth home run of the season.  Esmeralda González, who finished 2-for-3, added a RBI single in the fourth and the Dustdevils picked up two more runs over the final two innings.
