GAME 1: TAMIU 3, Regis 0
Mariena Gallardo blasted a home run to left center field in the fourth inning, snapping a scoreless game and starting a string of three straight innings with Dustdevil runs.
Chelsea Capello showed her might in the fifth inning, launching a solo homer down the left field line to double the Dustdevils lead and Cassie Garcia closed the game's scoring with a RBI single to plate Samantha Gutierrez.
Of the Dustdevils seven hits, no batter claimed more than one. Gonzalez, Capello, Cassandra De Leon, Mussett, Reaves, Garcia and Gallardo each reached base with a hit. De Leon and Reaves stroked doubles as their hits, and Parnin was hit by a pitch and later stole a base.
