2016:
DeLeon returned for her final season with the Dustdevils. DeLeon played in 19 games, racking up 10 hits, driving in three (3) runs. 

2014:
Cassie was 1^st Team All-Heartland Conference with 7 homeruns, 33 RBI, and a team leading .325 batting average.

2013:
As a Sophomore Cassie played in 56 games. She led the team with 33 RBI. DeLeon hit (6) Home Runs, second on the team.

2012:
DeLeon played in 31 games as a Freshman, she hit (1) Home-run.

High School: Richard King High School
Cassie lettered in softball for (4) years, playing Third Base. In her Freshman and Sophomore years she was the RBI leader and Offensive Player of the Year. As a Sophomore she was also named to the All-District Second Team and All-South Texas Second Team. As a Junior she was named All-District First Team and All-South Texas First Team. In her Senior Year DeLeon was the RBI Leader and named to the All-District First team and All-South Texas First Team.

Personal:
Cassie is the daughter of Sharon Garza and Ruben DeLeon. DeLeon chose TAMIU because of it's proximity to her hometown, the beautiful campus, and the opportunity to play softball at the college level. Her role models are Lauren Chamberlain and Juan Uribe. After TAMIU Cassie wants to coach softball and teach. In her free time Cassie enjoys watching Netflix, driving around, or laying in her hammock.
