2016:
Madrigal will compete as a Sophomore for the Dustdevils.

2015:
As a Freshman Madrigal placed 55th at the Heartland Conference Championships in Laredo. She finished with a time of 25:46.

High School: United High School (Class of 2015)
Madrigal lettered in cross country and track and field for the Longhorns. As a cross country runner she was an All-Regional qualifier as well as a State qualifier. Madrigal was also named the MVP for cross country. 

Personal:
Abigal is the daughter of San Juanita and Herling. She has three siblings, Ismael, Audrey, and Arely. Madrigal chose TAMIU because it is in her hometown of Laredo. In her free time Abigal enjoys working out, running, and listening to music.
