Personal:
William Boucher is a Junior pitcher for Texas A&M International University and is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration. A native of Ottawa, Ontario,Canada  Boucher is the Son of Martin Boucher and Michelle Poirier and was born March,17, 2004.

2023-2025 Frank Phillips College:
Before joining TAMIU, William Boucher played two seasons for the Plainsmen of Borger,Texas under head coach Chad Brown. Boucher received NJCAA Region 5 Pitcher of the Week and was named as a TXNM JUCO Region 5 West All Star in his last season with the Plainsman.  Boucher finished his stint in Junior College with a 6.05 ERA  51 Strikeouts and 41.2 Innings Pitched.

High school:
William Boucher played hockey, volleyball, and baseball for the École Secondaire Catholique Béatrices Desloges High School in Orléans,Ontario.  Boucher threw a no-hitter to win the PBLO Championship Finals before graduating in 2022.
