Roberto Chaparro is a Junior Outfielder for Texas A&M International University and is currently pursuing a degree in Kinesiology. A native of El Paso, Texas, Roberto is the son of Roberto Chaparro Sr. and Angelica Sanchez and was born on August, 21, 2004.

2023-2025 El Paso Community College:
Before joining TAMIU, Roberto Chaparro played two seasons in El Paso,Texas under head coach Julian Soucy. Chaparro recorded the Most Triples on the team two years in a row with a total of 15, hitting .345 AVG his last year.

High school:
Roberto Chaparro played three years of baseball for the Pebble Hills High School in El Paso, Texas. Chaparro received three 6A 1st Team All District awards, one All-City Honors, and a Gold Glove in center field. Chaparro hit a .365 AVG in his high school career before graduating in 2022.
