Arturo Garcia is a Sophomore Pitcher for Texas A&M International University and is currently pursuing a degree in Nursing. A native of  Laredo, Texas, Arturo is the son of Arturo Sr. and Nubia Garcia and was born on July, 4, 2006.

2025 University of Texas Rio Grande Valley:
Before attending TAMIU Arturo was on the roster of the Vaqueros in Edinburg Texas, despite not getting playing time he witnessed the team win the 2025 Southland Conference Championship

High school:
Arturo Garcia played four years of baseball for the United South High School in Laredo, Texas. In his time as a Panther he received Newcomer of The Year Award, First Team 6A district 30 Unanimous Pitcher of the year. He also set the High School record for Wins,Innings Pitched, and Strikeouts. His biggest highlight from high school was a 13 strikeout game
